2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Standard check-in and check-out timings will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Guests may be required to provide valid government-issued identification at check-in.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

3. Guest Identification

Guests must provide valid identification documents as required by applicable regulations. The hotel may refuse accommodation if required identification or booking information is not provided.

4. Room Allocation

• The hotel may provide an alternative room of similar category when necessary due to operational requirements.

7. Banquet & Event Bookings

For banquet and event bookings:

• Venue availability is subject to confirmation.
• Event timing must be agreed upon in advance.
• Additional charges may apply for extra services, equipment, decoration, food, or extended usage.
• Any damage caused to hotel property during an event may be chargeable to the responsible party.
• Final event requirements should be confirmed with the hotel management before the event date.

8. Hotel Property

Guests are responsible for hotel property provided for their use. Any loss or damage caused to hotel furniture, equipment, fixtures, or other property may result in applicable recovery charges.

9. Guest Conduct

Guests and event organizers are expected to maintain appropriate behavior and respect hotel staff, other guests, and hotel property. The hotel reserves the right to take appropriate action in cases of misconduct, disturbance, illegal activities, or violation of hotel policies.

10. Prohibited Activities

Illegal activities, unauthorized events, activities causing disturbance, and any activity prohibited under applicable law are not permitted on hotel premises.

11. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Guests should use available in-room safety facilities where provided. Hotel Tejasvi Banquets will not be responsible for loss of personal belongings except where required under applicable law.

12. Food & Beverage

Outside food, beverages, or catering may be subject to hotel policies and prior approval. Applicable charges or restrictions may apply depending on the booking and event requirements.
